1) Acceptance
By accessing or using StōrRE (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) The Service
StōrRE provides tools for managing information related to properties, contacts, tasks, paperwork, and related workflows. Features may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, or modified without notice.
3) Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4) Login Methods
You may be able to sign in using (a) email + password, (b) third-party single sign-on (e.g., Google/Apple), or (c) other methods offered in the Service. If you enable an app-only password, it is separate from any third-party password.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, reverse engineering (except where permitted by law), scraping at scale, or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
6) Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant StōrRE a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and provide it to you.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, payment processors). StōrRE is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
8) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials and safeguarding access to your device and account.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StōrRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StōrRE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
